Payment for "e"Jury Duty for Cases in your Local Area! Sign up for eJury.com! Frankly, I had forgotten that I had previously signed up for eJury.com, HOWEVER, I just participated in my first eJury.com Case (Malpractice Suit), www.eJury.com the Online Trial Experience! eJury is open to residents in all 50 states. The number of cases available for participation will vary greatly depending on your residence. Jurors living in major metropolitan areas receive more cases for participation than jurors living in rural areas. For each verdict rendered, eJurors are paid $5 - $10 depending on the length of the case. The amount to be paid will be shown at the top of each case. You certainly won't get rich serving as an eJuror, but just one case a week would probably pay for your Internet access. Payments are made via PayPal, a global leader in online payment solutions with 64 millions account members worldwide. If you don't have a PayPal account already, you can sign-up for free at the site. Qualifications for service as an eJuror are much the same as the requirements for actual jury service in the United States. To qualify as an eJuror, you must: be at least 18 years of age; In addition to the eJuror Qualifications above, eJury has several special qualifications which are set forth in an "Oath" which new eJurors complete during the sign-up process. These special qualifications require that each eJuror must: not be an actively practicing attorney, paralegal, or legal assistant; not be related to a practicing attorney within the first degree by affinity (marriage) or within the second degree of consanguinity (blood); and not be employed as an insurance adjuster, nor associated with the adjusting of liability claims. |

Hi there! It was merely
Hi there!
It was merely reading thru the facts of the case, then answering a series of eight questions (I believe). Next, they asked three questions about your decisions, which you had the option to answer or not.
As it were, this was a cut and dryed Malpractice Suit, of which it didn't take me long to place my verdict.
Ms. Administrator, I believe it took me about 10 minutes or so, with my pay for this Case of $7.00. Any other questions, please advise!
P.S. I was so surprised and pleased for this opportunity, inasmuch as I live in rural area. Those in cities, would certainly have many more opportunities to serve in this capacity!
How much time did you have to
